Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is 2773 Pty Ltd (ABN:82 166 193 568) trading as Cafe 2773 Glenbrook and Conservation Hut Cafe (“Participating Venues”) in New South Wales, Australia with Lost Mtns (NSW) Pty Ltd ABN: 73 654 908 675.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 1 July 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 28 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of New South Wales, Australia, aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must ‘follow’ Blue Mtns Explore, 2773 Glenbrook, Conservation Hut Cafe and Laughin’ Boy Instagram pages. The accounts are at: https://www.instagram.com/bluemtns_explore/ and https://www.instagram.com/cafe2773/  and https://www.instagram.com/conservationhut.cafe/ and https://www.instagram.com/laughinboycafe/ during the Promotion Period.

5. Prizes

One (1) winner will be drawn from entries for each Instagram page, for a total of two (3) winners.

Prize Details
Each winner will receive one (1) coffee of their choice, every day the selected cafe is open, for the 2026 calendar year (1 January to 31 December 2026). Each small coffee is valued at $5.10. The cafes are closed only on Christmas Day (25 December) and Boxing Day (26 December). Each prize is valued at a minimum of $1,856.40.

6. Prize Conditions

  • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  • Prize is valid only for the winner and cannot be transferred to another person.
  • Limit of one (1) coffee per day, only on days the selected venue is open during 2026.
  • Unused daily coffees do not accumulate or carry over to another day.

7. Winner Selection

  • Winners will be selected from all accounts that have followed each cafe’s Instagram account during the promotional period.
  • Draw will take place on 29 December 2025 at 2773 Pty Ltd, 19 Ross Street Glenbrook, NSW 2774.
  • Winners will be notified by email or direct message within three (3) business days of the draw.
  • Winners must confirm their selected venue within seven (7) days of notification.

8. Unclaimed Prizes

If a winner does not claim their prize within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of conducting the promotion.

10. General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. Permit

This promotion is conducted in accordance with the laws and regulations of New South Wales, Australia.
