Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is 2773 Pty Ltd, operating at 2773 Glenbrook, Laughin’ Boy Cafe and Conservation Hut Cafe (“Participating Venues”) in New South Wales, Australia.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 1 July 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 28 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of New South Wales, Australia, aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must: Sign up to the 2773 Pty Ltd email newsletter via the in-cafe form, website link or QR code (entry link promoted via social media and QR codes on tables inside participating cafes) during the Promotion Period.

5. Prizes

There are three (3) prizes to be won. The three winners will be drawn from the participants who signed up for the email newsletter during the promotional period, with one (1) winner allocated per Participating Venue.

PRIZE DETAILS

Each winner will receive:

    • One (1) coffee of their choice, every day the selected cafe is open, for the 2026 calendar year (1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026).
    • The winner must select one (1) Participating Venue to redeem their prize. The Participating venues are: Cafe 2773 located in Glenbrook NSW, Laughin’ Boy Cafe located in Emu Plains NSW and Conservation Hut Cafe located in Wentworth Falls NSW.
    • Each prize includes one free coffee for each trading day of 2026, of which there are 364 (cafes are closed Christmas Day). The winner can order a maximum of one coffee per day for the promotional period. The prize winner can order any coffee listed on our menu. The value of the prize will depend on the coffee ordered. For example, if the winner ordered a small latte the coffee is valued at $5.10, making each prize valued at $1,856.40.

6. Prize Conditions

  • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  • Prize is valid only for the winner and cannot be transferred to another person.
  • Limit of one (1) coffee per day, only on days the selected venue is open during 2026.
  • Unused daily coffees do not accumulate or carry over to another day.
  • We reserve the right to revoke the prize if it is misused in any way.

7. Winner Selection

  • Winners will be drawn at random for each entry mechanism and venue.
  • Draw will take place on 29 December 2025 at 2773 Pty Ltd.
  • Winners will be notified by email or direct message within three (3) business days of the draw.
  • Winners must confirm their selected venue within seven (7) days of notification.

8. Unclaimed Prizes

If a winner does not claim their prize within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of conducting the promotion and as otherwise set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

10. General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  • The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. Permit

This promotion is conducted in accordance with the laws and regulations of New South Wales, Australia.
